An "R.O.I. Qualified
Prospective Client" is one who:
(1) Qualifies as a "Full-Service Client" with at least $50,000
of manageable investment assets (e.g., a combination of mutual funds, IRAs, rollovers from employer retirement plans,
stocks, and/or bonds), and receives all of the Services on an ongoing basis; or,
(2) Qualifies as an "Investment
Management Client" with at least $25,000 of manageable investment assets and receives only
the "Active Investment Mangament" section of the Services on an ongoing basis; or,
(3) Is a "Comprehensive
Financial Plan (CFP) Client" and receives only
the "Analyses" section of the Services, on a one-time only basis. "R.O.I. Qualified Prospective Clients" will
